They came in once.
How do you get them back?
They scan and draw: one prize now, one they can only use when they come back.
If they don't come back, you don't pay a cent for it.

How many come back tomorrow?
They eat, they pay, they leave. You don't know who they were, and you don't have their WhatsApp.
To get them back, you pay to find customers all over again.
Once a customer is willing to leave their WhatsApp, you get a chance you didn't have:
a new item, a promo, a festive offer — tell them directly;
and after a while you can see who keeps coming back and who hasn't been in for a long time.
Your shop also gets its own page in the CatchMe shop directory, so when a customer shares it, their friend has somewhere to look.

CatchMe's job is to bring back a batch of customers who otherwise might never have returned.
Let's run the conservative numbers first
⚠️ An estimate. The real result depends on your prizes and where the QR sits.
If your staff mention it at the till, the scan rate is rarely just 5% — and the numbers above go up with it.
Prizes, odds and cost — all yours to set
The first thing an owner works out is "giving something every visit — won't I lose money?" So you decide every piece, and the dashboard does the sums as you type.
- You choose the prizes — what and how much, you know your margins better than we do
- You set the odds — fewer big ones, more small ones, your call
- You enter each prize's cost — the dashboard shows the average cost per visit and per 100 visits, live
- Most prizes need a purchase to use — so they work like discounts, not giveaways

is a discount they use on their next visit.
You don't have to say a word — your customers do
After a customer wins, they can share the link with a friend. When the friend claims a prize in your shop, your customer gets another voucher — and they'll want to come back and use it.
What gets given away is your call: which slot, and how many times each customer can do it. The dashboard adds that cost into the same total.

After the prize, invite a Google review
When a customer taps “Use it” at the counter and claims the prize, a button appears below inviting them to leave a review on your Google page.
Tapping it or not never changes the prize, and there is no filtering by rating. The button appears once you add your own Google review link in the dashboard.
This is what your customers see
Demo shop Sunny Café — put in a name and spin it.
Sunny Café
Demo only — nothing is stored.
In real use: your name and number are used for this shop's prizes and offer updates.
There are no blank slots — whatever it lands on is yours.
Congratulations,

One to three months in, your list looks like this
How many times each person came, when they last came, and which voucher they're still holding — all on one page. The list is yours, exportable to Excel any time.

"But will my customers actually scan it?"
Every owner asks this.
They scan, the screen opens.
So we don't just hand you a QR code:
- 100 prize ideas, sorted by industry — pick a few. You work out the cost; you know your margins better than we do
- Where the QR goes, we tell you what's worked elsewhere — table, till, packaging each behave differently. It's your shop, your call
- The line your staff say, written for you — mentioned at the till, it works better than a flyer
- See the numbers in your dashboard any time — how many scanned, how many came back for the second prize. Prizes and wording are yours to change any time, no need to ask us

Two minutes from you.
We sort out the rest.
Shop name, logo (send yours, or we'll set your shop name in type), and the prizes you want to give, with roughly what they cost you. Not sure what to offer? We have 100 ideas sorted by industry — pick a few.
Spin page, vouchers, QR code — delivered within 3 working days.
Table, counter, packaging — anywhere. Customers scan and play on their own.
Glance at the customer's phone and hand over the prize. No login, no typing, no system to learn.

The QR on the box or in the stream draws once and the prize is only usable in store — they walk in to collect it

Common questions
How is it priced?
Starter is RM599 a year. No contract — stop renewing and it stops. CatchMe Pro is coming soon, and you can move up to it later.
What if hardly anyone scans?
Your dashboard shows how many scanned and how many came back for the second prize, any time. If the numbers are weak, change the prizes and wording yourself in the dashboard — no need to ask us.
Do I have to change my POS?
No. CatchMe has nothing to do with your till — take payment exactly as you do now.
Where can the QR go?
Counter, tables, packaging, receipts, shopping bags, the waiting area. We'll tell you what's worked elsewhere; you decide.
Can I use NFC?
Yes. An NFC sticker opens the same page — put it on a table or the counter and customers tap their phone. The stickers aren't included in the plan.
Who owns the customer data?
You do. Your customers' names and numbers are in your list and can be exported to Excel any time.
What happens after a year?
Renewal is RM599 a year; if you don't renew, it stops. You can export your customer list to Excel any time before then.
If a customer comes ten times, do I give away ten prizes?
Visit one is a welcome prize plus a voucher. From visit two it is redeem last time's voucher and draw a new one. A customer who comes ten times receives ten items in total — one small welcome prize of a ringgit or two, plus the vouchers they actually came back to redeem.
How is this different from a stamp card?
A stamp card only pays out when it's full, so the visits in between give the customer nothing, and staff have to stamp it every time. CatchMe wins on the first visit and every visit after, the wheel gets better the more they come, and staff only glance at the screen and hand over the prize.
Are customers invited to leave a Google review?
Yes. After a customer taps “Use it” at the counter to claim the prize, a button appears below asking them to leave a review on your Google page. Tapping it or not never changes the prize, and there is no filtering by rating. It appears once you add your own Google review link in the dashboard.
Can customers refer friends?
Yes. After winning, a customer can share the link with a friend. When the friend claims a prize in your shop, the original customer gets one more voucher. You set what is given and how many times per customer in the dashboard, and the cost is calculated for you.
Stop paying to find new customers every time.
Keep the ones who've already been through your door.
