Terms of service (summary)

• Paid plans have a 3-month minimum; unsatisfied within 30 days, pro-rated refund.
• WhatsApp template message fees (reminders/broadcasts) are billed per message by Meta directly to the merchant; Lucco adds no markup.
• Pre-registration creates no payment obligation; spots are activated in registration order.

Fair use (free plan)

• Free-plan quotas and features may be adjusted with platform costs (e.g. upstream AI and channel fees), with 30 days' notice.
• Free accounts inactive for 90 consecutive days may be archived; data retained 6 months and exportable throughout.
• The free plan is for the merchant's own use; resale, account sharing and abuse (e.g. spam) are prohibited.

Privacy (summary)

• Merchants own their customer lists, conversations and records; exportable any time and deleted per retention policy on account closure.
• Data is stored on servers in Singapore; AI replies are processed via international AI providers (not used to train their models); messaging platforms (e.g. Meta) hold message copies under their own terms.
