Terms of service (summary)

• Paid plans have a 3-month minimum; not satisfied within 7 days of going live, full refund, no questions asked.
• WhatsApp template message fees (reminders/broadcasts) are billed per message by Meta directly to the merchant; Lucco adds no markup.
• The free plan is set up in order and creates no payment obligation.
• Official WABA requirement: CatchMe Pro runs on the merchant's own official WhatsApp Business Account (WABA). Lucco applies and sets it up at no charge, but the merchant must supply SSM details, authorise it in their own Meta account, and attach a payment method.
• Meta conversation fees are borne by the merchant, billed by Meta directly to the merchant's account. Lucco does not handle or mark up these fees; Lucco covers the AI compute cost.
• WABA review time is outside Lucco's control (usually the same day, depending on SSM and Meta account status). While review is pending and the service is not yet live, a full refund is available at any time.
• Lucco provides tools and setup help. We do not guarantee specific business growth, Google rankings, or scan and return numbers.
• Whether a WhatsApp number is restricted or banned is Meta's decision; no provider can guarantee it on Meta's behalf.
• The FAQ on this website is for explanation only; where the FAQ and these terms differ, these terms prevail.

Fair use (free plan)

• Free-plan quotas and features may be adjusted with platform costs (e.g. upstream AI and channel fees), with 30 days' notice.
• Free accounts inactive for 90 consecutive days may be archived; data retained 6 months and exportable throughout.
• The free plan is for the merchant's own use; resale, account sharing and abuse (e.g. spam) are prohibited.

CatchMe Pro Terms (Summary)

• CatchMe Starter is RM599 a year, with no contract: stop renewing and the service stops. CatchMe Pro is coming soon and is not available to order before launch.
• Launch offers (such as a first-year price on CatchMe Starter) have limited slots and an end date; the terms we confirm in writing on WhatsApp apply. If you paid the regular price during an offer period, we charge the offer price and refund the difference.
• If prices change, we give 30 days' notice; any period already paid is not affected.
• CatchMe Pro includes a full shop page and Starter a basic one; they stay live while the service is active.
• Delivery is in two stages: the wheel page and QR code within 3 working days (an estimate; incomplete information will push the date back); the number going live additionally depends on Meta WABA review, usually the same day.
• Refunds: full refund within 7 days of your number going live, no questions asked; before it goes live, refundable at any time.
• Prize redemption is verified by the merchant on-site (checking the customer's identity or WhatsApp history) — Lucco is not liable for duplicate scans or fraudulent claims.
• The review invitation feature makes no promise of any particular rating or review volume; whether and what a customer chooses to leave is entirely up to them.
• Expiry reminder messages require the customer's explicit opt-in; customers can unsubscribe at any time by replying stop.
• WhatsApp conversation fees are billed by Meta directly to the merchant's account and are unrelated to Lucco.
• Merchants warrant they own the rights to any logo, image or link they supply; Lucco is not liable for material infringement.

Privacy (summary)

• Merchants own their customer lists, conversations and records; exportable any time and deleted per retention policy on account closure.
• Data is stored on servers in Singapore; AI replies are processed via international AI providers (not used to train their models); messaging platforms (e.g. Meta) hold message copies under their own terms.
