Yes. After a customer taps “Use it” at the counter to claim the prize, a button appears below asking them to leave a review on your Google page. Tapping it or not never changes the prize, and there is no filtering by rating. It appears once you add your own Google review link in the dashboard.

Yes. After winning, a customer can share the link with a friend. When the friend claims a prize in your shop, the original customer gets one more voucher. You set what is given and how many times per customer in the dashboard, and the cost is calculated for you.

The first visit is a welcome gift plus one voucher; after that each visit is “use last time's voucher, draw another for next time”. A customer who comes 10 times costs you 10 gifts in total: the first is a small item worth a dollar or two, and the rest are discounts they actually came back to use.

CatchMe is not a points system; it gives customers a reason to come back: scan, play, take a voucher, use it next time. If you already have a points system, the two work side by side.

RM0, with 500 AI replies a month. It connects to your own WhatsApp (about 20 minutes to connect), Telegram and website chat; Facebook, Instagram and TikTok are still being built. The AI answers questions like opening hours, products and prices from the information you give it, and hands over anything it cannot handle.

No — it's AI trained on your business info, replying naturally in EN / BM / 中文 — even Manglish. Anything it can't handle is escalated to your staff with a mobile alert.

Many so-called "chatbots" are really flow builders or keyword bots: you draw the flowchart yourself, set up every keyword, and the moment a customer says something you did not pre-set, it gets stuck and replies with nonsense. Lucco AI uses real AI to understand what the customer means — no rigid keywords, and it handles Manglish, Chinese and Malay mixed together. And you never draw a flowchart: just fill in a form about your business, and the AI learns how to answer. In short: a flow builder makes you work around the machine; Lucco AI makes the machine understand your customers.

Chinese, English and Malay — it follows whichever language each customer uses, and it understands Manglish mixed together just fine. Other languages (Tamil, Japanese and so on) can be handled too; we'd suggest testing the results first.

Yes. When the AI hands a conversation to you, reply from our mobile app; mark it done and the AI takes over again. You only handle the conversations that need a person.

The AI can answer questions about products, prices and opening hours. Taking orders and payment is not available yet; when a customer wants to order, the conversation is passed to you.

Yes — 500 replies covers roughly 3–5 complete customer conversations per day (each customer typically sends 3–5 messages). If your business is busier, top up anytime: +5,000 replies for RM100, no expiry. Not sure how many you need? WhatsApp us and we'll estimate it in 5 minutes.

Only AI replies count. Customer messages are free and unlimited. Some platforms count "contacts" (e.g. 50/month); we count replies — more transparent.

AI costs are fully included — no AI account, API keys or USD billing. Only exception: to send WhatsApp reminders/broadcasts, you add a payment method to your own Meta account; Meta bills you directly.

When customers message you and you reply, the first 1,000 service conversations per number per month are free. Beyond that, Meta charges roughly 6 sen each, billed straight to your own WhatsApp account, not through us.

Our WhatsApp solution connects via the official Business API. Bans hit QR-scan tools that impersonate WhatsApp Web — we don't use those.

QR tools work by imitating WhatsApp Web: cheap, but against WhatsApp's rules, so numbers risk being banned. The official API is the Meta-approved way to connect, safer and more stable.
