What is Lucco AI?
A Malaysian AI business systems company. We deploy AI employees that reply to customers on WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram and website chat; take orders and payment inside WhatsApp; and run membership, points and referral programs for SMEs.
Is the AI a real person?
No — it's AI trained on your business info, replying naturally in EN / BM / 中文 — even Manglish. Anything it can't handle is escalated to your staff with a mobile alert.
Why not just use ChatGPT?
ChatGPT answers questions. Lucco runs a business system: your knowledge base, your channels, order-taking, payment, membership and referrals — working together, automatically.
When can I get activated?
The free plan's first batch of 100 is activated in registration order — pre-register to lock your spot; the AI notifies you the moment it's your turn. Paid plans are in pre-registration too.
WhatsApp & safety
Will WhatsApp ban my number?
Our WhatsApp solution connects via the official Business API. Bans hit QR-scan tools that impersonate WhatsApp Web — we don't use those.
What's the difference between official API and QR-scan tools?
QR tools piggyback on WhatsApp Web against Meta's terms — cheap, but numbers get permanently banned with no appeal. The official API is Meta-sanctioned: safe, scalable, with in-chat forms and commerce features QR tools can never offer.
Can I keep replying to customers myself?
Yes. When the AI hands a chat to you, reply from our mobile app; mark it resolved and the AI takes over again. You handle the 5% that needs a human.

Can the AI really take orders inside WhatsApp?
Yes — customers pick items, fill a native in-chat form, get an FPX/DuitNow payment link, and delivery is booked automatically after payment (Growth plan annual add-on, coming soon).
Does it handle membership and points?
The Growth plan offers a membership & points add-on (pricing on the pricing page); the AI Loyalty & Referral Platform adds full referral rewards — customers bringing customers.
Can it handle my TikTok DMs after a livestream?
Yes — that's a favourite use case. Tell viewers to DM a keyword; the AI answers every message, collects details and sends payment links. Not one order missed.
Cost & data
How is usage counted?
Only AI replies count. Customer messages are free and unlimited. Some platforms count "contacts" (e.g. 50/month); we count replies — more transparent.
Do I need to bind any card or account?
AI costs are fully included — no AI account, API keys or USD billing. Only exception: to send WhatsApp reminders/broadcasts, you add a payment method to your own Meta account; Meta bills you directly.
Who owns my customer data?
You do. Exportable any time; stored on servers in Singapore; PDPA compliant.
How long does setup take?
Activated in registration order. When it's your turn: free plan ≈ 3 minutes; WhatsApp plan 10–15 minutes guided, or done-for-you (RM199 one-time, free with 12-month plans).
