Questions
What's the difference between the two RM599s?
CatchMe's RM599 is per year; the website's RM599 is paid once. CatchMe is a service that keeps running: prize page, vouchers, customer list, dashboard. A website is yours once it's built; from year 2, RM400/year keeps it online.
CatchMe Starter or Pro?
Starter: customers scan into a web page, play and take a voucher. Pro: customers go straight into your WhatsApp, the AI replies for you, and they get reminded before the voucher expires. Pro is coming soon; you can register now.
How are Pro's WhatsApp fees charged?
Meta bills your own account directly; we don't touch or mark it up. The first 1,000 a month per number are free, then about RM0.06 each; expiry reminders are about RM0.35 each, your choice. For busy shops with lots of messages, we work out the numbers with you before you start.
Why is CatchMe billed yearly?
Customers take time to come back. A year shows you the slow and busy seasons and who returned how many times. No contract: don't renew and it stops; export the list any time.
Which website plan?
You have the content and 1 to 3 pages is enough: Starter. You want us to write the copy, a few more pages, and GA4 and Pixel for ads: Pro. 7+ pages, online shops and multilingual sites are quoted by scope.
What do I pay for a website after year 1?
RM400 a year for hosting, domain, SSL and backup. Content edits are charged per job, from RM50. Not renewing is fine; the site and domain are yours.
Do you still offer an AI chatbot?
The free plan is still here: 500 AI replies a month on your own WhatsApp, Telegram and website chat. For AI that replies to customers and brings them back, CatchMe Pro is coming soon and you can register now. Companies with many processes and systems: Custom AI from RM5,999, by meeting.
Can I get a refund?
CatchMe: full refund within 7 days of delivery if you're not happy. Websites: we agree the scope first and start after the 50% deposit.
