WhatsApp official fees
Your WhatsApp Business account is yours. Customer enquiries answered within 24h cost nothing. Only reminders/broadcasts you send are charged per message (≈RM0.06–0.35) by Meta, directly to your Meta account — Lucco adds zero markup.

Pricing questions
How are the 500 / 3,000 replies counted?
Only replies the AI sends. Customer messages are free and unlimited. Some platforms count "contacts" (e.g. 50/month); we count replies — more transparent and more generous.
Why doesn't the free plan include WhatsApp?
Our WhatsApp solution uses the official Business API (number safety assured). The official channel has onboarding and running costs, so it's part of paid plans.
Why a 3-month minimum?
The AI gets sharper as it learns your business — and you already vetted it on the free plan. Not satisfied within 30 days? Pro-rated refund.
Do I need to bind any card or open any account?
AI costs are fully included — no AI account needed. Only exception: to send reminders/broadcasts, you add a payment method to your own Meta account; Meta bills you directly. Service replies need no card.
What if I run out of replies?
The AI tells you in advance. Top up (+10,000/RM100), upgrade, or wait for reset.
I'm on another chatbot / QR-scan tool. Can I switch?
Yes — we migrate your knowledge base and customer data, and move QR-linked WhatsApp users to the official channel before the ban comes.
Can I send broadcasts on the RM99 plan?
Broadcasts belong to the Growth plan (RM299), for two reasons: broadcasting is an advanced tool for working your existing customer base — it needs a win-back strategy and consultant setup, because careless blasts hurt your WhatsApp account's quality rating; and a broadcast triggers a wave of customer replies that needs the 10,000-reply pool to absorb. RM99 includes one-to-one reminders and follow-ups.
What's the booking difference between RM99 and RM299?
RM99: the AI collects booking details (name, preferred time, service) via official in-chat forms — you confirm. RM299: the AI checks real availability, locks the slot and auto-assigns staff or rooms (coming soon). In short: RM99 collects, RM299 schedules.
