Does the free plan include WhatsApp?
Yes. The free plan replies on your own official WhatsApp Business API, plus Telegram and website chat (Facebook, Instagram and TikTok in development). WhatsApp message charges are billed by Meta directly to your account: the first 1,000 replies per number per month are free, then about RM0.0564 each (from 1 October 2026). How it is counted

Are 500 replies enough?
Only AI replies count — customer messages are unlimited and free. A full conversation uses ~5–8 replies, so 500 covers roughly 60–100 enquiries monthly. Some platforms count "contacts" (e.g. 50/month); we count replies — more transparent.
Is my customer data safe?
Your list, chats and numbers are yours — stored on servers in Singapore, exportable any time. PDPA compliant.
